All personalised products, which include, The Kiddy Card™, ID Wristbands and Allergy bands will be delivered within 14 days of reciept of order by First Class post. Although we aim to deliver within 5 days.

Non personalised products will be delived with 3 days of reciept of order by First Class post.

All orders over £15 will be shipped free of charge. A standard postage and packaging charge of £1.75 will apply to orders below £15.

Orders to the following countries are sent by Airmail at a standard cost of £4.95 per order.

Austria - Australia - Belgium - Cyprus - Czech Republic - Denmark - Estonia - Finland - France - Germany - Greece - Hungary - Ireland - Italy - Latvia - Lithuania - Luxembourg - Malta - Netherlands - New Zealand - Norway - Poland - Portugal - Spain - Slovak Republic - Slovenia - Sweden and the United States of America.
